What size do I need? The majority of our products are unisex/mens sizes. We strive to research and offer preshrunk & fade resistant items. Any products outside our standard items will be detailed in the product description.
How do I launder my Wyte House clothes? The suggested care instructions from the distribution company advise: Machine wash cold with similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach as necessary. Tumble dry on low heat. Iron on warm setting, if needed.
What is the Wytes' process for laundering their Wyte House merchandise? Each Wyte House product undergoes fade resistance research, personal washing, and home testing before being listed on the website. The items have been laundered and dried in the usual manner without any concerns, and brought to professional Dry Cleaners with no issues. We can solely share from our own experiences and cannot be liable for any lost or damaged products during the customer's cleaning selection.
What is the status of my order? Orders come with a designated 2-3 week processing timeframe (10-14 business days)
Why is my order taking so long? Some orders may experience delays due to travel, family, and other life circumstances. Each order is personally handled by Mrs. Wyte, from receiving to packaging and delivery to carrier services. For specific order updates, contact nicole@wytehouse.com or click here.
What if I want my money back? We do everything possible to satisfy each customer. Refunds are individually determined to allow for resolution, adaptation, and the best customer care. If we can fix it or make a change to better customer experience, then we will do what we can. If an issue can't be resolved, payment will be refunded to the original form of payment.
